Lough Erne Golf Resort
Dynalite at Work .... Already dubbed as Irelands answer to Lough Lomond, Lough Erne Golf resort opened in September 2007 with the Nick Faldo designed championship golf course due to open later this year. The hotel consists of 69 elegant bedrooms (including 26 luxury suites) and is furnished to the highest standard. Twenty five golf lodges are also available to stay, positioned around the Nick Faldo designed Golf Course. The Golf lodges offer a choice of two or three bed rooms and are serviced by the hotel. A five star luxury spa, in keeping with the ‘lifestyle’ aspect of Lough Erne, is also available for hotel residents. Throughout Hotel Partner's Lough Erne Golf Resort lies an elaborate Dynalite lighting management system allowing hotel reception to control any area within the hotel. Due to the vastness of the complex ,it is not often easy to make sure all facilities are powered down when not in use. Energy is saved as managers possess the ability to remotely monitor the status of rooms such as their main function room, Conference suites, external lighting etc. In the event that lighting in a room has been left on by its last occupants reception can remotely turn off the area. This system also comprises the Spa and Relaxation rooms which saves a lot of effort each evening at closing time as one touch effectively "closes down" the suites. In the event that lighting scenes need to be changed for whatever reasons ,McDonnell Systems can remotely adjust all parameters of the system from our office here in Dublin. This enables us to give a "Local" service to a venue 2-3 hrs from our Dublin Location
