McDonnell Systems can design a system where every apartment has Terrestrial TV (Rte1 Network2 etc.) FM signal AND satellite coming down the same wire from a centralised position on the roof.

This bypasses all the usual problems building management companies and clients alike have with the proliferation of satellite dishes on building facades.

From the moment someone moves in to their apartment they will automatically have access to dozens of free channels through the use of subscription free decoders at no monthly charge. The same can apply for foreign channels. That said , if a client wishes to subscribe to Sky etc. the same connection will suffice.
